Detailed repair methodology, scope of work, ITP (Inspection and Test Plan), hold and witness points, acceptance criteria, project schedule, and personnel & equipment mobilisation plan.

Formal formal quotation covering project scope, specialist equipment, NDT services, construction works, commissioning, logistics, compliance costs and warranty coverage.

Supplier prequalification, submission of WHS, insurance and capability documentation, technical and commercial clarifications, contract execution, and issuance of PO / NTP.

Visa and work right arrangements, White Card certification and applicable high-risk work permits, competency matrix validation, insurance arrangement, and equipment mobilisation.

Project-specific risk assessment, JSA/JHA development, applicable SWMS implementation, and controlled work permits for PTW, LOTO, hot work and working at heights.

Site induction training, work permit issuance, isolation verification, pre-repair baseline measurement and sign-off of ITP witness points.
